Making A Purchase We have simplified and streamlined the order process as far as possible, to make a purcahse simply click add to cart and follow the on screen prompts throughout the process. When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase the goods specified in the order.

Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the dispatch of your order.

Product items not included within the dispatch email are not included in the order and contract between you and us.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
Shipping And Handling We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. If you would like delivery to non UK mainland addresses please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm a delivery price. Our products are delivered by national couriers between 8.00am and 5.30pm on (weekdays only) to a UK mainland address of your choice. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. For orders over £50.00 we will deliver free of charge under our standard delivery terms of 2 - 5 working days. For orders under £50.00 excluding vat we have a standard delivery charge of only £5.00. All orders placed online will automatically fall into our standard delivery schedule. Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days following the day the order was placed. The goods will arrive on any working day in-between this period, between 8.00am and 5.30pm. This is dependant of items ordered. Special orders such as items with a fabric will take longer and be dependant on supplier delivery. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. Goods will not be left at the delivery address unless signed for. We cannot give an exact day or time of arrival under this delivery schedule. If this is going to present a problem why not specify your work or a business address as the delivery address. Please note; Saturday, Sunday and national bank holidays are not working days. Special delivery we offer next day delivery and a specified week day delivery service. For orders to be dispatched under either of these delivery schedules the order must be placed by telephone. Next day delivery can only be achieved if we receive your order before 10.30am. These special delivery schedules are at extra cost and are not covered by our free delivery on orders over £50.00 offer. You will be informed of the cost of these deliveries when you place your order. The cost of these deliveries is governed by size and weight and range between £10.00 (small, light weight items) up to 15.00 (large, heavy items which can be accommodated on one pallet). Large orders may require more than one pallet. Special deliveries will arrive between 9.00am and 5.30pm on the specified day. We can also offer deliveries before 9am and 12am as an additional cost please contact us for prices. Saturday delivery is also available at an additional cost. Order requiring special delivery options can be ordered online and then contact us to arrange special delivery options. Alternatively contact us via email or telephone to arrange special delivery. Note: We use national carriers to deliver our goods and are subject to their business terms. Deliveries are made to the kerb-side. The driver will require the help of an able bodied person to unload the goods. It is not the driver\'s responsibility to move goods into your home or under cover and they are not insured to do this. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order. A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Back Orders Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted either by phone or email with a realistic timeframe if this is unacceptable to you, we will always give the opportunity to select another option or cancel the order for a full refund.
Tax Charges all orders include full UK Vat at 17.5%.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5.00% VAT is added.

Returns Policy Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

No right of cancellation exists for downloaded goods or "softcopy" goods to which you, the customer has instant access to or use of.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your order number and the reason for the return.

If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.

Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.

If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.

You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you. The cost of this collection will be passed on to you.

Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.

We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.
